Independent small apartment 30 sq.m. on the ground floor, consisted by two rooms, with one double bed and two single sofa beds. A baby cot can be placed on request. It is fully renovated, has a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, large terrace and direct access to the garden at the backyard.

The rate includes bed linen and towels, which are being changed every 3 days, 6 times per week housekeeping, internet, air conditioning, kitchenware. Iron and iron board can be supplied on request without charge.
